Yes that’s right a Buddhist temple in Croydon – Crystal Palace & Upper Norwood to be exact.

I stumbled across it as I was delivering letters nearby.

It felt like I was back in Thailand or Laos – they even had a scaled down reclining Buddha like the huge original in Wat Pho Temple in Bangkok.

The temple was closed for the day at the time that I got there, but I was able to walk freely around the statue strewn garden. I will go back for sure. Here are a few pictures from my short visit.
