Sunday Photos – Arctic Norway

I have just read an article about how earth has lost 28 trillion tonnes of ice in 30-years. This is of course truly alarming and a threat to the way of life of tens of millions of people and countless wildlife if it continues at such a pace.

On a less dramatic but still worrying note, we could also lose beautiful landscapes for ever, such as seen in these pictures from my January 2018 visit to Northern Norway.

I was going to be visiting Norway and Russia this year, but everything change with the virus. They are still on my bucket list, and I look forward to going there.
