I love, love, love Paris. For all my travels, it is still my favourite place.
I envy your proximity to be able to take a short jount into Paris. I think I would be going there several times a year!!
I feel ashamed to say I’ve only ever gone through Paris and not stayed. I really need to remedy that! What a good deal you got on the Eurostar! Thanks for linking up with #MondayEscapes
I’ve never been but it sounds fantastic! #MondayEscapes

I love Montmartre as well – one of my favourite areas of Paris, although oddly I don’t think I’ve ever stayed there. I never get tired of visiting either, almost went back a few weeks ago until plans fells through at the last minute. Has whetted my appetite for another trip!
You owe it to yourself! If you get the chance to go whilst France are playing in their home Euros and you will be in for a real treat, even if you do not like football. The whole country will be out in bars with their faces painted.
You got there and back without running into strike action? Impressive!
