Ripon Cathedral in North Yorkshire, UK

The current cathedral was built in 1180, though the site has been a place of worship since 672. The cathedral has free entry and is beautiful inside and out and is the largest place of worship in the stunning Yorkshire Dales. Visit their website for a potted history and details of events.
