Indonesia is the largest Islamic country in the world with pretty much all of the islands being predominantly Muslim.

Bali is the obvious exception as the population there is mainly Hindu.

Prambanan is actually a major Hindu site situated on Indonesia’s largest island of Java.

I visited in 1997 and as well as wandering around the really impressive site, I also took in an open air performance of the Hindi legend of the Ramayana.
