Monday Morning Blues – The Costa Smeralda, Sardinia

I visited Northern Sardinia in 2005.

Mrs Wilbur & I flew into Olbia and hired a car to explore the beautiful coastal region of the island.

The area is known as Costa Smeralda which translates as the Emerald Coast on account of the amazing blue waters.

    I went to Olbia in 2018 but avoided the Emerald Coast – frightened off by the prices!
