18 years ago I visited Peru in one of the most memorable trips of my life.

Visiting World Travel Market in London this week gave me a timely reminder of my fabulous 3-week journey.

Highlights included Arequipa, Cusco, Nazca and of course the trek to Machu Picchu.

The train trip from the shores of Lake Titicaca to the Inca city of Cusco was undoubtedly another favourite experience.
