In November last year we visited Buenos Aires, Colonia del Sacramento, Iguazu Falls and Rio de Janeiro.
We encountered many amazing sights and enjoyed some magnificent cultural experiences and along the way managed to view some amazing bird life too.
I am not an accomplished wildlife photographer and I don’t have a clue half the time what I have seen in the trees, however I always enjoy spotting our winged friends.
Here are a few of the shots that I managed.
The bird that I was keenest of all to capture was of course a toucan. We did see a couple flying in the distance, but I couldn’t catch it on film.
