Platform 9 3/4

I am a huge Harry Potter fan and am reduced to child like tendencies in the presence of anything HP.

I ventured to Kings Cross Station in London yesterday and was delighted to find a shop dedicated to the literary works of the wizardly tale.

Inside stood a veritable treasure trove of Potter paraphernalia reminiscent of Harry’s first trip to Diagonon Alley in the first novel, to purchase his equipment for Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft.

Cages For Your Creature Companion

There was also exotic confectionery for sale…..

Plus plenty of memorabilia for the avid fan to adorn their bedroom walls……

Of course platform 9 3/4 at Kings Cross is where the Hogwarts Express departs from in the books and you are able to relive the scene of pushing your belongings through the wall to the spellbound train, with a photographer on hand to capture the moment (for a fee).

All great fun and no doubt extremely lucrative!
